As a kid, I have always dreamed of a tarte flambée flatrate. From the original Alsatian version, to the sweet one with apples and cinnamon.
When you go to a German restaurant, you have to pay 10-15€ for a tarte that you eat within minutes. You become hesitant about ordering a second one.
So we got to work, found a place that can make unlimited amounts of tarte flambée, spiced it up with a business mastermind session, good music and networking et voilà, the burning cake festival was born.
